Post-apocalyptic spot for Dunlop via Vice Magazine; a  re-imagining of an Australian apocryphal tale of a tennis player winning Wimbledon in a pair of borrowed shoes.

 

Inspired by the aesthetics and the herculean abilities of Nepalese sherpas and lofi/camp version of ‘the road’, a figure mentally/physical treks through a bleak landscape towards a pristine pair of Dunlop Volleys. Visual refrences include 1970′s experimental Japanese cinema, and cheap dystopian sci-fi films.Produced in collaboration with colleagues Ben Ferns and Alex Akers.
